Elly Wood

Elly is a master’s student at Adler Graduate School who is currently working towards her Marriage and Family Therapy degree and licensing. She believes that therapy can be beneficial for all. During sessions Elly embraces a positive attitude and provides a non-judgmental comfortable atmosphere offering encouragement towards finding a better self. Elly uses Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and a Narrative approach that is empowering and optimistic. In her free time she likes to travel, hike/walk, garden, ride horse, or anything that is outdoors and active.
