Allisun A. Palma-Ruwe
Therapist, MA, LMFT, RYT200

Allisun has compassion for the vulnerable and values the power of healthy relationships. She loves meeting new people and working with them to explore what makes them unique. All people have stories and experiences that influence who they are and how they relate to the world. Life happens and can make us feel stuck so Allisun intends to walk alongside those who are hurting as they become empowered to create the change necessary to find peace both inwardly and outwardly using mindfulness and a trauma-lens. In addition to therapy, Allisun shares her love of yoga with the community and can usually be found journaling or reading in her free-time. Allisun enjoys her work with families and in partnership with students at Hope Academy in Minneapolis. She has had years of experience working with kids in many different capacities so play-therapy comes naturally. She believes in supporting the family network in order to see health bloom out of mucky waters and teaches the importance of enhancing one’s self-awareness to share peace with the world.
